When appointments are booked we have reserved a time especially for you and we appreciate our clients and are looking forward to seeing you.
We do understand stand that things can come up and appreciate 48 hours notice to change your reservation. This allows us time to be able to reach out to our cancellation list and try to fill the space. An empty space means someone else is missing out on Me time and I am missing out as well.
In the case of no change of appointment notice or no show to appointment client maybe required to prepay for there next service upon booking. When service is booked with a Gift Certificate and no notice has been given gift certificate is used to cover no show treatment. Cancellations with less then 48 hours a 50 % of service will be charged.
