Cancellation Policy
Your reservation of an appointment indicates that Essence Esthetic Studio has reserved that service time for you and therefore
have had to decline other customers offers for that particular service time at the spa. We strive to ensure every guest receives
the best spaaing experience on the date and time they request. Please help us continue this.
We appreciate your courtesy in calling ahead should something keep you from the spaaing experience 24 hour advance notice
for services 1 hour or less or 48 hour notice for services more then one hour in length is required.
Spa guests using gift certificates must cancel 24 hours in advance for single service or 48 hours in advance for multiple service
or a 50% service charge will be applied.
Spa guests using gift certificates who do not show up for scheduled appointments will forfeit the amount of their gift certificate.
To ensure you receive the full spaing experience, please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Spa guests arriving late
will have their spa service(s) adjusted to the remaining time alloted for the booked service.
